The Story behind
BrainDrops® originated from a Danish initiative with the goal of improving quality of life for people seeking support for cognitive function. In collaboration with Danish healthcare professionals and The Danish Pharmacies, a dietary supplement was developed with a focus on nutrients such as DHA, uridine, and choline – substances that naturally form part of the brain’s structure and function.
The formulation is inspired by international research, including studies from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), where the combination of DHA, uridine, and choline has been investigated in relation to brain cell membranes and synapse formation. This provides a nutritional foundation for supporting normal brain function.
Once it became clear that the formulation could be offered within the Nordic regulatory framework, a partnership was established with The Danish Pharmacies to further develop the product and make it available to a wider audience.
BrainDrops® was launched in Denmark in 2021 and is now used by many people who wish to support their mental well-being in everyday life.

Why BrainDrops® is developed this way
BrainDrops® is developed with a targeted combination of nutrients that the body uses in processes related to the brain and nervous system. At the core of the formulation are DHA (omega-3), choline, and uridine – three components that support the body’s normal functions in different ways.
DHA is an omega-3 fatty acid that contributes to the maintenance of normal brain function and vision.* Choline contributes to normal fat metabolism and normal liver function and is a natural component of structures found in all the body’s cells. Uridine is a naturally occurring substance present in our cells, including those of the nervous system.
The formula is also enriched with vitamins D and E. Vitamin D contributes to the normal function of the immune system.

Uridine is naturally found in the body and is involved in processes that are important for the function of cells, including the brain. In Braindrops, uridine is used in a form that the body can easily absorb. Together with DHA, choline and vitamin D, the targeted combination of nutrients helps to support the body's normal functions - including in the brain, where DHA helps to maintain normal brain function.*

Choline is a nutrient that the body uses in several important processes, including the metabolism of fats and the construction of cell membranes. When you start your subscription, you purchase the Trial Pack of 60 capsules for only 199 kr. After 30 days, we will automatically send you a new pack of 120 capsules for 549 kr. After that, you will receive new packs of 120 capsules every 60 days.
The subscription has no binding period, and you can manage it yourself at any time via our online portal. You can change the delivery interval, adjust the number of capsules, or cancel the subscription whenever you wish.

The trial pack costs only 199 kr and contains 60 capsules. After 30 days we will automatically send you a pack of 120 capsules for 549 kr, and then you will receive new packs of 120 capsules every 60 days.
This equates to a monthly cost of £24.99, as 120 capsules last two months. The regular price for 60 capsules is £39.99, so by subscribing you save £12.99 per month compared to buying individual packs at full price.
